Acne/breakout : What happens:

The follicle fills with sebum (excess oil)

Bacteria, and dead skin cells.

Inflammation causing acne

It eventually becomes clogged and comes out, pushing the content to the skin’s surface. This can lead to redness, swelling, and sometimes scarring. It can be white heads, black heads, pimples, painful or pus filled lumps etc
